Tracy Baker is a seasoned professional in the property management industry with extensive experience in leasing, association rules and regulations, and collections. A licensed real estate agent, she has managed large student housing complexes in corporate America and now leads our Community Association division, overseeing HOAs and COAs with precision and care. In addition to her role in association management, Tracy also serves as a liaison to the managing broker, ensuring smooth operations across many aspects of the brokerage.

Known for her organization and expertise, Tracy is a valuable resource for property owners and associations alike. She lives in Batesville, MS, with her husband, Billy, who works in law enforcement. In her free time, she loves spending time with their three children and cherished grandchildren.
