Originally from Gulfport, MS, Jessica Windham moved to Oxford to attend Ole Miss and never looked back. After earning her degree, she spent 15 years in sales and marketing before transitioning into property management. As a licensed real estate agent and the leader of our Owner Relations team, Jessica brings a wealth of experience in sales, long-term rentals, tenant relations, leasing, and guest relations. Her well-rounded expertise allows her to provide exceptional service to property owners and investors. When she’s not helping clients navigate the real estate market, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two daughters.
